Lotus Declares Cash Dividends

Lotus Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Lotus” or “the Company”, Taiwan TWSE ticker: 1795) today announced that its Board of Directors resolved to declare cash dividends of NT$0.35 per share out of FY2020 distributable profits.

This is not only the first time Lotus is able to paying dividend since the joint-force with Alvogen in 2014, after offsetting all the accumulated deficits by the record profits in 2020, but also the highest dividends Lotus has ever paid during the past 15 years.

Robert Wessman, Chairman of Lotus, commented: “We are very excited that we are finally able to share with our shareholders the fruit of our endeavor after six long years.
